Patricia Tessier currently serves as the Director of Member Services at CHF Canada, a position held since July 2018. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Ottawa Community Housing Corporation from June 2014 to July 2018, and as Managing Director for Eastern Canada at P1 Consulting/P3 Advisors from February 2013 to June 2014. Patricia was also a Founding Partner at Procure Sustainably and has held various roles at P1 Consulting, starting as a Consultant in 2003 and advancing to Senior Consultant from 2008 to 2013. Educational qualifications include a degree in Cooperative Management from Saint Mary's University (2021-2024), a certificate in Indigenous Canada from the University of Alberta (2020), and an Executive Program in Strategy and Leadership from Queen's University (2016-2017). Earlier studies include a BA in Recreation and Business from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a Business Minor.

The Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada is the organized voice for housing co-ops in Canada. CHF Canada exists to inspire, represent and serve the community of housing co-operatives across Canada and member organizations that support their operation and development. We work actively for the growth, stability and independence of the co-operative housing movement in Canada. As part of the larger co-operative movement, we promote the practice of co-operation in Canada and abroad.
