Kaela Forker has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Kaela began their career at Ralph Lauren Footwear as a Showroom Coordinator. Kaela then worked at American Pacific Enterprises, where they held multiple positions including Co-CEO, Chief Merchandising Officer, EVP Sales, VP Sales, National Sales Manager, and National Account Manager. Afterward, they joined Umbra as a VP General Merchandise Manager, overseeing Corporate Strategy, Merchandising, and Marketing. Finally, they joined CHF Industries as the EVP Merchandising - Bed and Bath. Throughout their career, they have been instrumental in driving growth, profitability, and success in the organizations they have worked for.

Kaela Forker attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1991. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a focus on International Trade & Marketing.
