Usman Abbasi

Usman Abbasi has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality assurance, compliance, and ethical standards. Usman started their career as a Production Manager at Cyma Enterprises Inc. in 1995, where they were responsible for managing and planning production processes. Usman then joined PREL (Pacific Resources Export Ltd.) in 1999 as a QA & FC Manager, where they conducted audits to ensure social compliances and managed QA audits.

In 2002, Usman joined Walmart as an ES & QA Head, where they planned and executed audits for social compliances and managed QA audits for Pakistan. Usman was later promoted to the role of Regional ES Head, overseeing operations in the Middle East, Pakistan, Jordan, Turkey, and Africa.

In 2006, Usman joined CHF Industries as a Senior Manager, where they worked as a US-based designer, manufacturer, and wholesaler of home textiles products. Usman'sresponsibilities included responsible sourcing, compliance planning and execution of audits, and educating and training suppliers and factories.

Currently, Usman holds the role of Global Director Quality & Compliance at CHF Industries, a position they started in April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Quality Assurance, Product Development & Sustainibility at CHF Industries from 2013 to March 2021.

Throughout their career, Usman Abbasi has demonstrated strong expertise in quality assurance, compliance, and ethical standards, gaining experience in multinational companies such as Walmart and CHF Industries.

Usman Abbasi's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from NED University of Engineering and Technology. Prior to that, they attended Adamjee Science College for their H.S.C. degree in Pre-Engineering. Usman completed their S.S.C. degree in Science at St. Judes High School. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing at Preston University.
