Joe Strong

Joe Strong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people analytics, data analysis, and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior People Intelligence Scientist at CHG Healthcare since February 2017, Joe specializes in data-informed talent strategies and retention modeling using advanced tools such as Python and SQL. Joe also has a track record as a coach at Lone Peak Ultimate, guiding a championship-winning program, and as an adjunct instructor at Columbia College, where courses focus on marketing analytics and real-world applications. Previous roles include Business Growth Analytics Manager at Academy Mortgage Corporation, Owner/President of 212 Innovations, and various positions in analytics and marketing across multiple organizations. Joe holds a Master's in Data Science and Analytics and dual Master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Utah, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
