Verena Rauch is a seasoned Business Analyst at CHG-MERIDIAN since January 2011, specializing in the transformation to S/4HANA and the implementation of streamlined business processes as part of the company's Global Digital Transformation Program. Prior experience includes leadership roles in Contract Management Development, where Verena focused on empowering team dynamics and driving international process consulting. Previous positions as Consultant and Group Accountant/Controller involved the development of standardized contract management processes and participation in IFRS rollout projects.
