Janice Harvey (Rountree) MSN, BSN, RN

Janice Harvey (Rountree) MSN, BSN, RN has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare field. Janice began their career in 2007 as a Clinical Manager at CareCentrix. In 2010, they moved to CIGNA Healthcare as a Medical Underwriter-Individual Segment. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Springbrook Nursing & Rehab as a Quality Improvement Nurse and Charge Nurse LPN. During this time, they also worked at UNC REX Healthcare as a Team Leader-RN. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Heartland Homehealth & Hospice as a Patient Care Manager and RN Case Manager. In 2021, they moved to Prospero Health as a Registered Nurse, and then to UNC Health Rex as a Clinical Nurse II in 2022. Most recently, Janice has been the Executive Director at Community Home Health & Hospice since 2023.

Janice Harvey (Rountree) is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Executive from Chamberlain University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2020. In 2018, they obtained an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Johnston Community College. Janice also attended Naugatuck Valley Community College from 2011-2014 for General Studies. In 2003, they obtained a LPN from Lincoln Tech. In addition to their educational qualifications, they hold certifications as a Registered Nurse from the State of North Carolina (obtained in 2018), a Licensed Practical Nurse from the State of North Carolina (obtained in 2015) and a Licensed Practical Nurse from the State of Connecticut (obtained in 2004).
