Ashley Carroll, MPH has extensive experience in the public health sector. Ashley currently holds the role of Division Director- Healthy Communities & Community Benefit at CHI Health, where they have been employed since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Division Manager, Community Benefit & Advocacy at the same organization from 2021 to 2023. Before joining CHI Health, Ashley worked as the Manager of Maternal and Infant Health Initiatives at March of Dimes for a brief period in 2021. Ashley also held positions at Live Well Omaha, Midwest Dairy Association, Action for Healthy Kids, Hunger Free Heartland, Dynamix SearchForce, and L A Weight Loss, where they gained extensive experience in school wellness consulting, community advocacy, marketing coordination, and sales counseling.

Ashley Carroll, MPH, received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2012. Ashley later went on to earn a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a concentration in Health Promotion, specifically in Maternal and Child Health, from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2018. Ashley also obtained a certification in "An Introduction to the U.S. Food System: Perspectives from Public Health" from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
