Prior to that, Steven held the position of Operations Leader - Strategy at CHI Health, where they acted as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and led the organization's innovation efforts.

Before joining CHI Health, Steven worked at Alegent Health as the Operations Director of Planning, responsible for developing strategies and operational plans for a healthcare delivery system. Steven facilitated a comprehensive service line planning process and integrated virtual health services within the organization. Prior to that, they served as the Planning Manager, overseeing the strategic and operational planning function and conducting market assessments.
