Mike Kildal

Mike Kildal is an experienced chaplain currently serving at CHI Mercy Health, providing spiritual and pastoral care to patients, families, and staff since December 2021. Previously, Mike held the role of pastor at Redeemers Fellowship from December 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included conducting funerals and serving as a ministry resource to elders. An extensive tenure at Redeemer's Fellowship as Executive Pastor spanned from August 2011 to December 2021, overseeing facilities, guest services, children's and youth ministries, and missions programs. Earlier, Mike served as Associate Pastor at Washington Heights Baptist Church and gained coaching experience with Miamisburg City Schools. Initial roles included Youth Pastor at Wellspring Fellowship and Director of Campus Activities at The Master's University. Mike Kildal earned a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and holds a Bachelor of Religious Education from Cornerstone University.
