Erik Gagnon

Erik Gagnon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, customer relations, and business operations. Since October 2009, Erik has served as Managing Partner at Chi Rho Consulting. Prior to this role, Erik founded and led CollectCentric LLC as CEO from February 2008 to September 2011. Previous positions include Director of Marketing and Sales at Ashworth College, General Manager CRM/Customer Care at Delta Air Lines, and Director of Marketing Operations at ALTA COLLEGES INC. Erik also held the position of Director of Customer Acquisition at Advanta Bank Corp. and was involved in various roles, including Marketing Manager and Financial Risk Analyst, at GE Capital Consumer Financial Services. Erik began their career as a Research Analyst at Wm. Sword & Co. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University, completed in 1993.
