Andrew Roach is a seasoned professional in security and emergency management with extensive experience across various healthcare and security organizations. Currently, Andrew serves as the Manager of Security, Safety, & Emergency Management at CHI St. Alexius Health, overseeing safety operations, physical security, emergency management, and workplace violence prevention across multiple hospitals and clinics. Prior roles include Security Manager at Allied Universal and Security Project Manager at G4S, where Andrew managed security for significant healthcare facilities. Andrew's experience also encompasses account management and service coordination within security operations at American Security & Investigations and Sherman Associates, alongside foundational roles as an Emergency Medical Technician in rural Minnesota. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate of Science in Law Enforcement from Inver Hills Community College.
