Carol Enderle

Carol Enderle has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Carol'smost recent role (starting in 2022) is as the Market President at CHI St. Alexius Health, where they lead the overall operations of the organization and implements policies and procedures for daily operations. Carol also focuses on continuous process improvement and maintaining financial success.

Prior to their current position, Carol held various leadership roles at SCL Health from 2015 to 2022. Carol's earlier experience includes working as a Nurse Practitioner/Practice Director at Saint Patrick Hospital from 2005 to 2011.

Carol Enderle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Montana State University-Northern in 1998. Carol then earned a Master of Science degree in Nursing, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Gonzaga University in 2003. In 2006, Carol pursued a DNP degree in Nursing Administration from the University of Colorado Denver, completing it in 2011. Carol later pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Business and Organizational Leadership from the University of St. Mary in 2019. Additionally, Carol holds certifications such as the Rural Health CEO Certification from the National Rural Health Association and the RN and APRN Nursing Licenses from the State of Montana.
