Thomas Chow

Thomas Chow has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thomas currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Chia Network, a VC-backed software company focused on blockchain technology. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director at Cryptsonic Technologies and Advisor at BiBo Labs. Thomas also has experience in the legal departments of PubMatic and Snap Inc., where they served as General Counsel & Secretary and Senior Counsel, respectively. Thomas has demonstrated expertise in managing legal departments, leading IPO processes, and providing global support for companies in the adtech and blockchain industries.

Thomas Chow holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Thomas also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology, with Honors, from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the Independent Director Initiative from VC University and in Being an Effective Director from ExecRank.
