Flavia Santori has a wide range of work experience in the fashion industry. Flavia began their career as an intern at Gianfranco Ferré and Archivio Garghetti, where they gained experience in fashion design and photography. Flavia then worked as a stage assistant at STARFACTORY, assisting with public relations. Santori later joined Fornari Spa as a Shoes Designer before becoming the Head Designer of the Women's Footwear and Bags department. After leaving Fornari Spa, they joined Inditex as a Senior Shoes Designer for Zara Trf-woman. Flavia then joined MANGO as the Head Designer of Women's Footwear, overseeing multiple brands. Santori continued to progress in their career and joined New Guards Group as the Head of the Shoes Department. Currently, they hold the position of Creative Design Director at Chiara Ferragni Brand. Overall, Santori has a diverse background in various roles within the fashion industry.

Flavia Santori's education history begins with their attendance at the University of the Arts London from 2003 to 2004, where they earned a postgraduate degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, Flavia Santori collaborated with the fashion design management program at Università Bocconi, in conjunction with Politecnico di Milano, during an unspecified period.
