Menna Gamal

Menna Gamal is a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in multiple companies, currently positioned at CHIC HOMZ since October 2022. Previously, Menna worked in similar roles at Taager and Webhelp, where responsibilities included email account advising for clients in South Africa and Egypt. Additional work experience includes customer service and dispatch roles at talabat, and account advisory positions at Telecom Egypt and Raya Contact Center. Menna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Cairo University, completed between 2012 and 2016, and an excellent degree in Literature from Om El Moamneen from 2009 to 2012.
