Chris Pezza

Chris Pezza currently serves as the Vice President of Development at Corcoran Urban Real Estate, focusing on new business development and agent growth. With extensive experience in real estate education, Chris has held positions as a Real Estate Educator for the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and an Adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University. As the Owner of Pezza Properties since 2006, Chris specializes in home flipping. Additional roles include serving as an Investor at CLB Properties and previously as Director of Asset Management at The Apartment Source. Chris's background also includes a Vice President position at Miller Chicago Real Estate and experience with Rockwell Partners, LLC. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master's degree in Real Estate from Roosevelt University, alongside ongoing studies in Maritime Studies.
