Mary Harte is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruiting and group fitness instruction. Currently, Mary serves as a Group Fitness Instructor at Chicago Athletic Clubs since September 2022 and as an Educator at lululemon since November 2021. Previously, Mary held roles as a Recruiting Coordinator at JLL, where responsibilities included managing employee data and creating tailored offer letters, as well as serving as a Recruiting Operations Associate at Capgemini, overseeing the Background Investigation Program and implementing process improvements. Early in the career, Mary worked as a Recruiting Associate at Aon, facilitating onboarding for major clients, and as a Licensing Assistant at Rotary International. Mary earned a BA in Literature/Creative Writing from Loyola University Maryland in 1994.
