Liz Dozier

Liz Dozier began their work experience as a New Leaders Resident Principal at Jones College Prep in 2007 and held the position until 2008. Liz then became a Turnaround Strategist at Harper High School in 2008 and remained in that role until 2009. In 2009, they became the Principal of Christian Fenger High School and held that position until 2015. Finally, in 2016, Liz Founded Chicago Beyond and currently serves as the Founder and CEO.

Liz Dozier holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business from Eastern Illinois University. Liz also has a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Education Leadership, Administration, and Supervision from National Louis University. Additionally, Liz Dozier has obtained a National Board Certification in Mathematics from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Liz has additional certifications in the Illinois Administrators Type 75 and another National Board Certification in Mathematics from the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.
