Shruti Jayaraman

Shruti Jayaraman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shruti currently serves as the Chief Investments Officer at Chicago Beyond, a role they have held since August 2018. Prior to that, Shruti worked as a Contributor at Wellbeing Initiatives in 2017. From 2014 to 2022, they served on the Board of Directors and held the position of Vice Chair at the Chicago High School for the Arts Foundation. Shruti also worked as the Vice President of Market Strategies at AVIA from 2015 to 2017. Before that, Shruti was a Principal at CCA from 2010 to 2015. Shruti started their career as an Associate at Katzenbach Partners from 2002 to 2004 and then worked as part of the Project Finance team at Latham & Watkins from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, they also worked as a Project Lead at the Clinic for Maternal Health in 1999 and 2000.

Shruti Jayaraman attended Harvard University, where they obtained an AB degree. Later on, they pursued their law studies at Yale Law School, earning a JD degree.
