Luisa Ann Dipietro

Luisa Ann "Lu" DiPietro is a Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago since 2006 and serves as the Scientific Director at the Chicago Biomedical Consortium since June 2018. Previously, Lu DiPietro held a professorship at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine from 1992 to 2006 and worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine from 1989 to 1992. Lu DiPietro holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
