Joe Longo

Joe Longo is an accomplished professional in sports marketing and event management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Branding at the Big Ten Conference since February 2024. Longo also works with the Chicago Blackhawks as a Fan and Events Team Member and contributed to fan services with the Chicago Bears. With previous experience at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Longo held various roles including DJ, Marketing Coordinator, and Marketing Assistant, achieving notable attendance records for Illini Softball and leading marketing initiatives that significantly increased fan engagement. Additional experience includes roles with the Rockford IceHogs, Chicago Dogs Baseball, and a background in coaching and statistics at Leyden High School District 212. Longo holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2021.
