Karilyn Pilch

Karilyn Pilch is an accomplished professional in the hockey industry, currently serving as Director of Player Personnel for the Chicago Blackhawks, where Karilyn has held the positions of Director and Scout. Previously, Karilyn was the General Manager for the Boston Pride in the National Women's Hockey League (NWHL) and served as Director of Hockey Operations at Boston University. Additionally, Karilyn has contributed to USA Hockey as a New England District Coach and Evaluator. Karilyn's academic background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, which was obtained from Boston University between 2017 and 2019, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance earned from Boston University from 2005 to 2009.
