Chicago Botanic Garden
Adam Edward Dooling is an experienced horticulturist with a diverse background in plant collections and garden management. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Collections at the Chicago Botanic Garden since December 2022, Dooling previously held the position of Curator of Outdoor Gardens and Herbaceous Collections at the New York Botanical Garden from June 2018 to December 2022. This role involved the design and development of outdoor gardens across a 250-acre landscape. Dooling's experience includes positions as Horticulture Manager and Assistant Designer at SunLeaf Gardens, various internships with noted institutions such as Chanticleer Garden, and participation in the Great Gardens of the World TRIAD Fellowship.
