Carolyn Kotlarski

Carolyn Kotlarski has had a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Carolyn began their career at the AIDS Foundation of Chicago in 1990, working in a development role until 1997. Following that, they joined the Chicago Botanic Garden in 1997 as a Coordinator/Database Analyst for their Membership department. After ten years in that position, they moved into the role of Manager of Database Services in 2007. In April 2018, Carolyn was promoted to the position of Director of Audience Insights and Analytics, a position they currently hold at the Chicago Botanic Garden.
