Jon Brooks Cet

Jon Brooks CET has extensive experience in the welding and quality assurance field, currently serving as a Welding & QA Supervisor at CB&I since September 2000, specializing as an API 653 Inspector for Above Ground Storage Tanks and an API 510 Pressure Vessel Inspector. Previously, Jon worked as a Welder at Port Weller Dry Docks from April 1977 to July 1995, engaging in welding, burning, and fitting for both new ship construction and repair. Additionally, Jon's experience includes welding pressure vessels and API tanks at Horton CBI from May 1984 to June 1994. Educationally, Jon graduated from Northern College of Applied Arts and Technology with degrees in Welding Engineering Technologist and Welding & QA, along with a diploma as a Welder-Fitter from Niagara College.
