Paul Catanzaro

Paul Catanzaro has a diverse work experience in the engineering and business development fields. Paul began their career as a Technical Intern at DuPont in 2011. Paul then worked as a Graduate Assistant at Louisiana State University from 2012 to 2014. Paul joined CDI Corporation - Engineering Solutions as a Mechanical Engineer from 2013 to 2014. Paul then joined CB&I in 2014 and held various roles, including Enterprise Analyst and Risk Management Specialist, Business Rotation Program participant, and Business Development Manager for both the USA Southeast and East Coast and the Middle East and Africa regions. In 2018, Paul joined McDermott International, Ltd and participated in their Global Cultural Integration program. Paul also participated in their Global Leadership Program from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, Paul completed a Management Essentials Program at CB&I in 2021.

Paul Catanzaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Paul also completed the Flores MBA Program in Management Consulting at Louisiana State University from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paul has earned multiple certifications, including an Instructor Certification from NCCER in 2016 and an Engineering Intern Certification from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS) in 2012. Paul has also obtained several LinkedIn certifications in various areas such as team building, communication, decision-making, and career development.
