Key achievements include leading the planning and construction of new office facilities, developing internal control processes, and implementing new compensation methodologies. Previously, Sam held executive roles at Simpson Eye Associates Ltd, Northwest Eye Center, and other healthcare organizations, demonstrating a consistent track record of improving productivity, revenue growth, and operational efficiency across various practices. Sam holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science from Miami University.
