Alexander Horton

Alexander Horton is a Family Support Specialist at the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center since August 2022, responsible for maintaining a Centralized Wait List, providing therapeutic case management for families affected by abuse, and facilitating psycho-educational group therapy sessions. Previous experience includes roles as a Program Manager at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where supervision and training of advocates for social justice were key responsibilities, and as a Core Workshop Facilitator with the Encampment for Citizenship, where leadership and civic engagement training were emphasized.
