Arissa Nelson

Arissa Nelson is a Developmental Specialist at Guernsey County Board of Developmental Disabilities since December 2023 and a Volunteer at Shrivers Hospice since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Mental Health Technician at Akron Children's Hospital from January 2022 to the present and working as a Newborn Hearing Screening Technician at Pediatrix Medical Group and a Child Life Practicum Student at Chicago Children's Advocacy Center, both from May to August 2023. Arissa has also held roles such as Head Start Home Based Visitor at Washington Morgan Community Action and Family Services Caseworker at Athens County Children Services, adding valuable experience in child and family support services.
