Tracie Sanlin

Tracie Sanlin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Principal of Chicago Collegiate Charter School since 2016, where leadership has facilitated the successful turnaround of a high school that achieved (P)SAT growth in the 85th percentile, earning the distinction of the highest-rated open enrollment high school within a 5-mile radius. Prior to this role, Tracie was a Principal at Chicago Public Schools from 2014 to 2016, focusing on instructional priorities and staff development. Experience also includes positions as a Resident Principal in the Chicago Leadership Collaborative, Principal Intern at Boston Public Schools, and various roles at Achievement First and Los Angeles Unified School District. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in American Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington, a Master of Education in School Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Master of Arts in Education from Loyola Marymount University.
