Claudia Regalado-Cattouse, MBA, BAOM has a diverse range of work experience. Claudia is currently serving as the Director of Community Innovations and Impact at the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, where they have been since October 2022. Prior to this role, they were the COVID-19 Response Project Director at the same organization from November 2020 to November 2022.

Before their current position, Claudia worked as the Executive Director at UNITE HERE Chicago Hospitality Institute from December 2019 to November 2020. Claudia also held various roles at the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership, including Program Coordinator for the Workforce Innovation Opportunities Act and Business Service Specialist for the 100,000 Opportunities Initiative, from November 2016 to December 2019.

Claudia's earlier experiences include work at Instituto del Progreso Latino where they served as the Business Service and Project Manager from September 2015 to November 2016, the Community Engagement & Employer Relations Manager from May 2013 to September 2015, and the Program Recruiter for Carreras en Salud from April 2012 to May 2013.

Claudia also worked as a Specialist in Admissions and Financial Aid at NW Institute of Health and Tech from June 2011 to April 2012, and as an Administrative Assistant at Symbol Job Training, Inc. from July 2010 to June 2011. Claudia began their career at AT&T as a Bilingual Customer Consultant from February 2001 to August 2009.

Claudia Regalado-Cattouse holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Concordia University Chicago, which they obtained in the year 2020. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the same institution in 2019. From 2013 to 2017, they attended City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College and received an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Claudia also pursued studies in Human Resources Management and Services at Concordia University Chicago, starting in 2019. In terms of certifications, they completed the Certified Workforce Development Professional program offered by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) in July 2018. Additionally, Claudia obtained a Leadership Track certification from the Chicago Jobs Council in June 2015.
