Paul Poast

Paul Poast is a prominent academic and columnist in the field of political science, currently serving as a Weekly Foreign Affairs Columnist for World Politics Review since June 2022. As an Associate Professor at the University of Chicago since June 2015, Paul Poast previously held the position of Assistant Professor of Political Science at the same institution. Additionally, Paul Poast is a Nonresident Foreign Policy & Public Opinion Fellow at The Chicago Council on Global Affairs since September 2019 and served as Assistant Professor of Political Science at Rutgers University from September 2011 to June 2015.
