Regina Bass is CRED’s Talent & Employment Manager. Her focus is on building CRED’s workforce development capabilities, ensuring that CRED participants receive the best job coaching, are matched with the best possible job and career opportunities, employers have the best possible experience, and sharing best practices with our community partners.
Regina brings a wealth of experience in this arena having worked for over 15 years in workforce development with some of Chicago’s top nonprofit organizations including Bethel New Life, Employer & Employer Services and The Heartland Alliance where she supported residents of the Chicago Housing Authority.
Regina graduated from Keller graduate school with a Master’s in Business Administration.
