Tameka Boswell has worked as a Health Educator and Behavior Health Care Coordinator at Chicago Family Health Center since February 2020. Prior to that, Tameka was a Care Coordinator at CFHC from July 2016 to November 2022.

Founded in 1977, Chicago Family Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing quality, affordable primary care, oral health services, and social support programs to medically underserved and uninsured in the Southeast and Southwest side of Chicago Southside.
