Andy Costin

Andy Costin is an experienced sports performance professional currently serving as the Head of Performance for Chicago Fire FC since December 2024. Previously, Andy held the position of Director of Performance at FC Tulsa and was a Visiting Senior Fellow in Sport Science at the University of Suffolk. With a strong background in sport science, Andy has served in various roles including Head of Sport Science and Insights at Ipswich Town FC and Head of Sport Science & Analysis at Bristol City Football Club. Andy's educational credentials include a Master's degree in High Performance Sport and a Postgraduate degree in Educational Leadership from Australian Catholic University, along with fitness certifications and dual Bachelor's degrees in Education and Health Sciences/Sport from Flinders University.
