Lathem A. Bonem

Lathem A. Bonem is an experienced Human Resources Manager and TransWorks Program Manager at Chicago House and Social Service Agency since June 2017, overseeing the TransWorks Employment Program and conducting extensive workplace training on transgender inclusion. Prior to this role, Bonem was the Owner and Operator of Bonem Line Organizing, LLC, from March 2010 to March 2017, and held positions at Metal-Tex, Inc., Toolworks, Inc., the Center for Research on Gender and Sexuality, and San Francisco State University.
