Secondiano Redento

Secondiano Redento has extensive experience in case management, particularly in supporting clients with HIV/AIDS through comprehensive services at Chicago House and Social Service Agency since April 2016. Previously, Secondiano held the position of Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager at DuPage Pads from May 2014 to May 2015, where responsibilities included individual case management and the development of transitional and employment plans. Prior experience as a Case Manager at Franciscan Outreach Association from August 2010 to May 2014 involved engaging individuals to assess their needs and connecting them with appropriate resources. Secondiano holds a Master of Arts in Justice Ministry from Catholic Theological Union and a Master's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Chicago.
