Artina Couloute

Artina Couloute is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting and accounting. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst at the Chicago Housing Authority since July 2022, Artina previously held various accounting roles at IAA from November 2018 to July 2022, including Staff Accountant and Accounting Coordinator.
