Nicole Peacock, MPP, serves as a Planning Analyst II at the Chicago Housing Authority since September 2016, where responsibilities include leading key department initiatives, conducting data and spatial analysis, and overseeing junior analysts. Previous roles at the Chicago Housing Authority include Planning Analyst I and Program Analyst, focusing on process improvements and compliance with HUD guidelines. Nicole has also worked as the Head of the Accounting Department at The Law Offices of Edward T. Joyce & Associates, P.C., specializing in various areas of law, and served as a Law Clerk and Receptionist at Gaines & Puljic, LTD. Academically, Nicole holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College Chicago.
