Pamela C. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and public service. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel in the Real Estate Division at the Chicago Housing Authority since February 2005, Pamela C. has overseen complex mixed-finance, mixed-use, and mixed-income development projects. Prior to this role, experience includes positions as Senior Assistant General Counsel and Associate at Brown, Udell & Pomerantz, as well as Senior Attorney in the Board of Education's Special Matters Division. Earlier in the career, Pamela C. worked as an Associate at Hubbard & Mahmoud PC, Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Torts Division for the City of Chicago, and as an Assistant District Attorney in New York's Kings County. Pamela C. holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
