Stephanie Glinsey

Stephanie Glinsey currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance & Customer Experience Operations at the Chicago Housing Authority since January 2024, following her role as Director of Client Center Operations. Prior to this position, Stephanie held the title of Contact Center Operations Manager at ComPsych from January 2015 to December 2023 and began her career as a Customer Service Representative at Acceptance Insurance from July 2013 to January 2015. Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Chicago.
