Mike Merced

Mike Merced is an experienced professional with a diverse background in real estate and facilities management. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Chicago International Charter School since November 2022, Mike also operates as a Real Estate Broker at Real People Realty since May 2018, specializing in listing and buying properties. Mike is the President and Owner of J & E Painting and Remodeling, LLC, a company dedicated to home remodeling and maintenance since June 1996. Previously, Mike worked as a Real Estate Broker at Exit Strategy Realty from March 2015 to May 2018. Mike holds a Broker degree from the Real Estate Institute (2014-2015) and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois (1992-1994).
