Vicente Diaz Jr

Vicente Diaz Jr is an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer currently employed at Chicago Magnesium Casting Co since April 2021, where responsibilities include developing tooling with significant budget oversight and applying lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce scrap. Additionally, Vicente serves as Business Development Manager at Rancho San Vicente, co-founding a successful horse boarding and breeding operation with a strong focus on operational growth and client relations. Prior experience includes roles as Project/Build Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where collaborative efforts expanded supplier capacity, and Process Optimization Engineer at Land O'Frost, implementing lean techniques to increase production output.
