Debra Hart

Debra Hart possesses extensive experience in administrative and community support roles, currently serving as an Administrative Manager at the Chicago Police Department since July 2023. Previously, Debra was a Workforce Development Coordinator at Cook County Health and Hospitals System from May 2022 to July 2023 and held the position of Adult Probation Officer at Cook County Adult Probation from April 2019 to May 2022. Debra's career also includes directing volunteer services at the Cook County Temporary Juvenile Detention Center and various positions with A Safe Haven Foundation and UCAN, where skills in recruitment, community liaison, and service coordination were developed. Educationally, Debra Hart holds a Doctorate in Ethical Leadership from Olivet Nazarene University and multiple degrees in Women’s and Gender Studies and Psychology from DePaul University.
