Devin Munger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2011, they started working as an Office Intern at the Office of State Senator Chris Larson, where they remained until 2012. During the same period, they also worked as a Compliance Intern at Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation and as a Campaign Intern for the Tammy Baldwin for Senate Campaign. From 2011 to 2013, Devin held the position of Team Leader at Wisconsin Emerging Scholars - Computer Science. In 2012, they worked as a Research Intern at Wider Opportunities for Women, where they developed VBA Excel programs and analyzed economic data.
