Kathleen O'Neill

Kathleen O'Neill has been working at the Chicago Police Department since December 2005 as the Assistant Director of the EAP. Kathleen also serves as the Supervisor of Police Social Referral Services, providing counseling services including trauma debriefings. Kathleen has experience as a Clinical Supervisor at an Independent Consultant, providing supervision to individuals studying for licensure exams. Prior to that, Kathleen worked as a Clinician at Uhlich Children's Advantage Network, providing counseling to DCFS wards and supervising interns. Kathleen holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
