Kevin O'Bryan

Kevin O'Bryan currently serves as the Assistant Director of Labor Relations at the Chicago Police Department, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of seven in managing seven contracts for over fifteen thousand employees and ensuring compliance with collective bargaining obligations. Prior experience includes working as a Labor Employment Attorney and Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago Department of Law, focusing on arbitration, contract administration, and employment discrimination. Additionally, Kevin O'Bryan was the Assistant General Counsel for the Chicago Board of Education and gained foundational experience as a Law Clerk at Asher, Gittler & D'Alba, Ltd. Kevin O'Bryan received a Doctor of Law (JD) from DePaul University College of Law and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
