Rocio Prieto

Rocio Prieto currently serves as a Projects Administrator at the Chicago Police Department since July 2023 and as a Segway Tour Guide at STEVE'S SEGWAY TOURS, LLC since May 2022. Puerto has held various positions within the University of Illinois Chicago since 1995, including Business Manager and Finance Manager for the School of Public Health, and Assistant Director of Operations. Additional experience includes temporary roles as Executive Assistant to the President and Management Team at Mars and Executive Assistant to the Dean at Northwestern University’s Bienen School of Music. Prior to these roles, Puerto worked as an Assistant to the Dean at the UIC College of Associated Health Professions and as an ER Admissions/Spanish Interpreter at UI Health — University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System. Rocio Prieto holds a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, with studies in Music, Biology, Psychology, Public Health, and Public Administration.
