Allison Tingwall

Allison Tingwall, EdD, serves as the Executive Director of Principal Quality for Chicago Public Schools, where responsibilities include setting the vision and executing strategies to recruit and support school leaders for over 500 schools. Previous leadership roles encompass Principal of a large Chicago school with approximately 2,900 students and over 270 staff members, as well as experience at North Lawndale College Prep as a Resident Principal and various teaching positions, including Spanish and Math educator. Allison has also contributed to educator preparation as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Urban Education Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Math from the University of Michigan. Additional qualifications include a Master's degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois Chicago.
