Darrence Bell is an experienced educator and professional with a focus on chemistry and public health. Currently serving as a Chemistry and Physics Teacher for 11th grade students at Englewood STEM High School within Chicago Public Schools since October 2020, Darrence also contributes as a Chemistry Tutor at City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College. Prior experience includes a role as a Media Relations Coordinator for Apostolic House of Prayer, overseeing live audio operations, and serving as a supervisor in mosquito control for Vector Disease Control International. Additionally, Darrence has held several internships, including positions at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Cook County Department of Public Health. Darrence holds a Master of Education in Secondary Science Education from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master of Public Health from Grand Canyon University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Health Science from Alcorn State University.
